STEP 01

Make it yours

Make a circular center badge or a large side-by-side brand card. Works with all 10 generators.

Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP logo (max 2 MB). All processing stays in your browser.

Turn your WhatsApp number into a QR code

Let customers start a WhatsApp conversation with your business without manually saving or typing your phone number. When someone scans your QR code, their phone opens a WhatsApp chat via an official wa.me link. A short optional greeting can be pre-filled, but the visitor must tap Send themselves.

How to create a WhatsApp QR code

  1. Enter a full international number, including the country code. For example, +962791234567 becomes 962791234567 inside the link. Remove a national leading zero when writing an international number.
  2. Optionally type a greeting or question such as “Hello, I'd like to ask about your services.”
  3. Choose colors, add your business logo, and select an inside or side-by-side logo design. For a center logo, leave White cutout on and use High (H) correction.
  4. Generate the QR, test the chat link and scan it with your phone before downloading PNG or SVG for print or sharing.

Practical uses for businesses

  • Put a QR code on a store window, product package or business card so customers can ask a question.
  • Use it on an event poster or appointment reminder to make contacting your team easier.
  • Make a different code for customer support, bookings or inquiries, with a different pre-filled message for each purpose.

Keep your WhatsApp QR code working

  • The phone number must already have an active WhatsApp account.
  • A WhatsApp chat link does not send messages automatically. The person scanning controls whether to send.
  • These are static QR codes: changing the number or pre-filled message means generating a new image.
  • Keep the QR contrast high and leave white space around its edges. Always test the printed code.

Frequently asked questions

Does scanning immediately send the message?

No. Scanning opens the chat with your optional message in the text box. The person must press Send.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?

No. A valid WhatsApp number works, including a personal or business account.

Is this an official WhatsApp tool?

No. QR Code Studio is an independent tool. We simply encode WhatsApp's public click-to-chat URL format. WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner.

Will the QR work after I print it?

It continues to open the encoded link as long as the destination WhatsApp number remains active. Test the final printed QR at its intended size.
